A little piece of Italy in Győr
The long story of La Dolce Vita restaurant is one of culinary passion and a love for Italian flavors.
It all began in 2004, when my father, Carrera Daniele, opened Pizzeria Italy in Győrszentiván, with four tables and a dream of authentic Italian cuisine.
But the love for Italian cuisine knew no bounds. In 2007, the restaurant opened its doors in the heart of the city center under the name La Dolce Vita. It was the city's first true Italian restaurant, run by an Italian owner. The place had a genuine soul and radiated a real sense of home, where everyone felt like part of the family.
In 2017, the restaurant found a new home once again, this time at its current location.
Now, years later, standing alongside my father, I, Valentino, proudly continue the story of La Dolce Vita as the restaurant's second generation. Every day we work to remain true to Italian culinary traditions and the values my father established.
